Questium is a web application that allows users to create their own surveys and invite respondents.

For the creation of surveys there will be many possibilities, like an anonymous survey or a survey that is only accessible for invited respondents. The respondent administration comprises many possibilities to invite respondents or to import an address book with own respondents.

Questium supports a broad spectrum of question types. Besides this, many structures of questions can be made like splits, joins and conditional questions.

Al results are stored in a database after which it is possible for the administrator of a survey to present statistics. It is also possible to export management reports to an external file type such as CSV or PDF.
